About Andrew
Mr Andrew Sanders graduated from the University of Otago and completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at hospitals throughout New Zealand. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2018.
He then completed fellowship training in Microsurgery and Hand surgery at the world renowned Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit in Scotland, and a further fellowship in Peripheral Nerve Surgery at the Birmingham Hand Centre under the mentorship of the internationally acclaimed Mr Dominic Power and team. He returned to New Zealand and is a consultant surgeon at Middlemore Hospital.
